Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy is a great resource for stress reduction and relaxation. However, it is much more than that. Receiving a massage has many mechanical effects as well. It boosts the body's immunity by increasing natural killer T-cells, increases joint mobility and flexibility, enhances the removal of metabolic wastes, and much more! When I work with a client, I listen to what their body is telling me, and how their muscles respond to touch. With this powerful information, I am able to design the massage using the best techniques for that individual client providing them with a relaxing and beneficial experience.
